INFORMATION FOR TRY BEFORE YOU BUY CUSTOMERS: TRY BEFORE YOU BUY AGREEMENT

  1. I agree to try before you buy and will have 48 hours to choose from the selection on this receipt.
  2. I will accept clothing sent by Federal Express shipped to me on approval against my uncharged credit card.
  3. This credit card will only be charged against the selection not returned to OMO Norma Kamali.
  4. I will use the Federal Express slip in the box for any returned garments. I can call Federal Express and they will pick up overnight, using the special shipping discount provided to Norma Kamali clients or special rates from OMO messenger service.
  5. I will return merchandise to Norma Kamali in the same condition I received it. I understand that I may be subject to a 15% restocking fee for garments returned in poor condition and 50% for garments needing repair and full price for garments unable to resell.
  6. I understand that I have 48 hrs to decide on my selection and that the sale will be final. I will return the merchandise within 48 hours, only the round trip shipping will be charged to my card.
  7. I will use federal express priority overnight only as the shipping and delivery method.
  8. All on approval, "Try Before You Buy" sales are final, as well as swimwear, sale items and vintage sales. No cash, credit card, or check refunds.
  9. Try Before You Buy service is only available to U.S. Residents.
INFORMATION FOR ONLINE PURCHASES: FINAL SALE ON ALL WEBSITE PURCHASES

All purchases SHIPPED to a New York State address will be charged current applicable sales tax. For clothing and footwear costing less than $110.00 per item there is no sales tax. For clothing and footwear costing $110.00 or more the tax is 4.375%. For accessories, 8.375%.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Duties, customs or taxes are not included.
Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. There are no refunds or exchanges for International Customers.

Shipping should be set to PRIORITY OVERNIGHT when using the Try Before You Buy program. Separate charges to your credit card will be made for the difference of the cost lower shipping charges and priority overnight.

Please be advised that Norma Kamali Inc is not responsible for:

  • Delays in shipment due to incorrectly entered addresses. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the address is correctly entered. Please note: Larger cities have multiple zip codes and if the correct zip is not entered, it can delay the arrival of a package by at least a day!
  • Packages going to large businesses or buildings that have been duly signed for by the receptionist, clerk or attendant, and are then subsequently delayed or mislaid.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
